Pre-Procedure

•   Waxing should be carried out at least 5 days prior to your appointment if this is a must. We prefer you to leave your eyebrows to grow for at least 2 weeks before your appointment.

•   If you tint your eyebrows, please organise this for at least 5 days before your appointment so there is no trace of tint left on the skin. If your eyebrows are fair and you are aiming to achieve a darker brow, please tint your eyebrows 5 days prior to your appointment so we can achieve the correct colour. The work we do will not change the colour of the natural brow hair.

Aftercare

•   For the next few hours immediately after your treatment, blot the area with a clean tissue or clean damp cotton wool to remove any residue. It is normal for the skin to secrete fluid after the treatment – this varies from person to person.

•   2-3 hours after treatment, if you have not been blotting your new eyebrows, you may notice a light crusting, we advise this to be cleansed away. Saturate a clean cotton pad with either Clinicept or clean tepid water and wipe over the brows 4-5 times. The cotton pad may appear slightly yellow – this is normal.

•   In 2-3 days, the true scabbing may be present if you are going to develop any (Hairstroke brows are less likely to scab). Apply a very thin layer of the provided aftercare balm with a clean cotton bud to lessen dryness and to allow the scabbing to come away gently in its own time. Less is more. Use as recommended.

•   DO NOT PICK ANY SCABS.

•   Do not tweeze for at least a week after the treatment. No waxing or tinting the area for at least 14 days.
